Refund and Returns Policy
- The Company offers a standard warranty for all products sold, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
- The standard warranty covers 5 years for the structure, 3 years for the hydraulics, and 1 year for the electronics.
- The warranty is subject to the laws of Quebec, Canada.
- The standard warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
- Dealers are not authorized to assume, on behalf of the Company, any liability in connection with the sale of the product beyond the standard warranty.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any representations made by dealers beyond those contained in this standard warranty.
- The standard warranty is valid only for products sold by the Company.
- Any warranty claims must be made within the warranty period, and the product must be returned to the Company for repair or replacement.
- The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
- The Company’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at the Company’s discretion.
- The warranty is void if the product has been misused, abused, or altered in any way.
- The Company shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the buyer in connection with the repair or replacement of the product, including but not limited to, transportation costs and downtime costs.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper installation or maintenance.
- Any repairs or modifications made by the buyer or any unauthorized third party shall void the warranty.
